Why I Maximo Nivel
I started of with 2 hours of private Spanish classes a day and then went up to 4 hours of group classes. We have so many opportunities to practice conversation additional to grammar, lecture or vocabulary. Our teacher is really engaged and does her best to teach us. I would definitely do it again!
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
FROM 3 TO 8 PEOPLE
At Maximo Nivel, small group Spanish classes start every Monday, year round. Class schedules are available in the morning or in the afternoon. Group classes are offered at all levels, Basic through Advanced. Groups are formed based on your results on our free Spanish Placement Exam. We keep our group classes small, ranging in size from 3–8 people, though most groups average only 3–6 people. Small group classes provide a great balance between personalized attention, social interaction, and engagement.

PRIVATE CLASSES
MOST INTENSIVE AND FASTEST METHOD
At Maximo Nivel, private Spanish classes are the most intensive and fastest method for learning Spanish. Private classes start any day of the week, year-round. Your classes can be scheduled for 1-8 hours per day, either in the morning or afternoon. Private classes are available for all levels, Basic through Advanced. 1-on-1 programs are specially tailored to your specific needs and interests. After taking our free Spanish placement exam to determine your level, we discuss your learning goals and design your exact program. Private classes are great for people who have specific objectives, such as DELE Exam preparation, conversation only, more/less grammar, and so on.

SUPER INTENSIVE PROGRAM
2 HOUR PRIVATE + 4 HOUR SMALL GROUP
Maximo Nivel’s Super Intensive Spanish program puts you in class 6 hours per day—4 hours in small group classes and 2 hours in private lessons. The super intensive program works best when coupled with a traditional family-stay in order to maximize your Spanish immersion experience. Super intensive study is recommended for people who want to learn very quickly or who want to break through a learning plateau. Super Intensive programs are also excellent for university students and business professionals who want maximum gains in the least amount of time. All levels, Basic through Advanced, are available in the super intensive format.
SPANISH FOR SPECIAL PURPOSES
MEDICAL SPANISH, SPANISH FOR BUSINESS, & SPANISH FOR LAWYERS
Spanish for Special Purposes (SSP) includes courses in Medical Spanish, Spanish for Business, and Spanish for Lawyers. SSP teachers are some of our most experienced instructors and they have additional experience in Business and Healthcare. Spanish for Special Purposes is intended for medical and nursing students, traveling healthcare professionals, paralegal and lawyers, and business people who need specialized Spanish language skills for their careers. SSP classes are best taught in a 2-hour per day format.
TANDEM CONVERSATION PROGRAM
Maximo Nivel’s Tandem Conversation program is a free, optional language and cultural exchange. As an international Spanish student you are matched up with a local student who is studying English at Maximo Nivel. Conversations are open, informal, and natural—taking the pressure off and allowing you and your tandem partner to bond and help one another move forward in your Spanish and English acquisition. This is a great way to meet new friends, develop your conversation skills, and increase your cultural understanding. The Tandem Program gives all participants unequaled access to the most important resource for learning a language—native speakers!
